Minimum 2 hours for Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Respite Care.

Travel Application
Transport is only charged when transporting clients or completing client-directed tasks.

Service Extension
Any unplanned extension of a service visit will be charged at 30-minute intervals.

Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice of cancellation is required, or the full service fee will be charged.

Equipment & Consumables
Assistive technology and consumables are charged separately by quote.
